Salty Crocodile Scrimshaw

Original Image

This Scrimshaw will be of a Salt Water Crocodile from Australia.

The ivory is a nice piece of fossilized walrus tusk. It was probably used as an ice axe by the Inuit Indians. It weighs 548 grams and measures 23cm long x 6.5cm high.

Step 1 – 12/7/21
